Conditions of booking
- Bookings can be secured with a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount. (If however the booking is cancelled and the period re-let, the deposit will be returned).
- Bookings are only deemed firm on receipt of the deposit.
- The balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the date of arrival is less than 4 weeks when booking, the full amount is due immediately.
- Sub-letting is not permitted and no more than 6 adults/children are permitted to stay overnight.
- Weekly lets run from Friday to Friday – arrival after 4.00 pm, departure before 10.30 am.
- Up to two well-trained dogs are welcome by prior arrangement on the strict condition they are kept on ground floor of cottage (stair-gate provided) and not left alone unattended during the day.
- For the benefit of future guests, we regret no smoking is permitted in any area of the cottage.
• We do not ask for a breakages/damages deposit but it is a condition of each booking that the cottage is left in the same clean and tidy state that it was found in on arrival.
• We cannot accept any responsibility for damage, loss or theft of personal property nor injury to persons.
• You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance when booking.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you need to cancel, you are responsible for full payment if the date of cancellation is within 4 weeks of arrival. However, should we be able to find a replacement booking, we will return all amounts paid including your deposit.
